Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Hygiene products that have been opened or used
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@flexipulse.net with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors where available. Contact us at support@flexipulse.net to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
