Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within the US. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination (typically 10–20 business days). Customs fees and import duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or contact us at support@flexipulse.net.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be processing. Contact us immediately at support@flexipulse.net and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Personalized or hygiene items (earbuds, mouth guards, etc.) are non-returnable.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@flexipulse.net with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return label and instructions within 1 business day.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products authentic and quality-tested?
Yes. Every product listed on FlexPulse is selected based on quality, performance, and customer reviews. We only carry products from reputable manufacturers with verifiable certifications where applicable.
Do you offer warranties?
Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Please check the individual product page for warranty details. If a product arrives defective, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
